Three simple exercises for a healthy posture

The following video shows you three exercises, with which you can counteract the typical climbing attitude (round back).

If you regularly go climbing in the hall or on the rock and maybe supplement your training with campus board and finger board, you run the risk of suffering from malpractice sooner or later. Compensation exercises are therefore important in order to train muscle parts that are too short during normal climbing training. We'll show you three simple exercises that you can easily integrate into your training.
