24 of the world's best climbers compete against each other as teams of two. The goal: to climb the six rope lengths on the increasingly steep dam as quickly as possible.

In order to increase this challenge of mastering all rope lengths without falling, the two identical routes have even more dynamic moves and jumps, as Jakob Schubert impressively demonstrated during the first ascent:

12 mixed teams

A look at the starting field shows that top athletes from all climbing disciplines are represented, from big wall climbers to bouldering and ice climbers. Some started together in the first edition and can draw on this experience, others will have to adapt to each other directly on the 180 meter wall.
