Domen Skofic has struck in the French climbing region of St. Léger. During his trip, the strong Slovenian climbed 17 routes between 8b and 8c+.
It has been 14 years since Domen Skofic first traveled to St. Léger with the Slovenian youth national team. The 29-year-old enthuses that it was amazing to rediscover the climbing mecca at the foot of Mont Ventoux after such a long time: “I didn’t realize at the time how huge this area is.”
The first two weeks it was pretty cold and rainy. The last two weeks of his climbing trip offered even better conditions. Below is an excerpt from Skofic's ticklist:
