Do you suffer from fear of falling? Here are tips from Adam Ondra

As soon as the rope is hung in the carabiner, fear increases. The fear of a possible fall into the rope. But that need not be. In the latest edition of his video series, Adam Ondra is dedicated to the fear of falling and gives tips on how to deal with it.

Adam Ondra recommends going step by step. First, sufferers should make small and planned / controlled falls. "The best thing to do is to look for an easy route in the overhang in a climbing hall," adds his girlfriend Iva Vejmolova.

Later you can climb over the last hook and finally - in the upper area of โ€‹โ€‹the route - skip a hook and then fall. But more as I said in the latest Video of the series.
