Lukasz Dudek gets the first ascent of the 8c-Route Core in rope-solo style

Lukasz Dudek manages the first ascent of Route Core in the Biblioteka climbing area in the Polish Jura without a rope partner in the rope solo style.

After a few attempts in November this year, backed up by his rope partner at the time, Lukasz decided to do a rope solo ascent of Route Core (8c) in the Polish climbing area Biblioteka. The route was set up by his compatriot Jacek Matuszek over ten years ago and has been waiting for an inspection since then.

Lukasz is one of the most versatile climbers in Poland and already has numerous difficult sport climbing and multi-pitch routes on his account.
