Adam Ondra opens the heaviest route in Bosnia: Interklemezzo

Adam Ondra set up the hardest route Bosnies as part of a climbing festival. While the country's most difficult route to date has been a 8a +, Bosnia has recently been in the club of countries where there is an 9a. The route is called Interklemezzo.

Adam Ondra In his climbing career he made more than 160 9a routes, the first of them at the age of 13 years. The latest 9a, Interklemezzo, was designed by Peter Schwamberger as a mark of respect for the climber Klem Loskot set up. Shortly after the onslaught of Interklemezzo Adam Ondra judged to the left of the Amfiteatar sector in the Tijesno Canyon started a new route. "It has been a while since I bolted any mega-line and I enjoyed the whole process so much. The curiosity of whether the line will go, how the moves are going to be. Now the route is ready, I did all the moves and good news is that it is hard, ”says Adam enthusiastically.

Adam was him frame of the Chill and Drill Climbing Festivals in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
